Introducing Thomas Elliott from Dalton, district councillor and candidate for Devon County Council elections : Torrington Rural

Cllr Andrew Saywell is handing over the baton. Andrew says, “There couldn’t be a better person to take over from me, nor one who cares so much about the local District. Tom knows rural life first hand, as he is an agricultural engineer. And he has established himself as a vital part of the local community. Please vote Thomas Elliott on May 1st.”

Tom was also selected in March 2025 to stand as Devon County Council candidate for Torrington Rural, in the May elections (taking over the reins from Andrew Saywell following a change of career.
