Strawberry Fields in Lifton provided us with a wonderful carvery yet again and a great time was had by all! 70 of our members and their guests joined our MP, Sir Geoffrey Cox, KC, who celebrates his 25 years this year as our candidate/MP.
Geoffrey was on fine form and gave a rousing speech as usual.
Thank you to the amazing Susan Collins who did her magic once again with the raffle and the silent auction. We raised some badly needed funds for our coffers, having been through a couple of by-elections this year.
Whilst undoubtedly these are tough times for Conservatives, we are incredibly grateful to our regular supporters, and their guests.

This was Debbie Flint’s last Winter Dinner as Deputy Chair Fundraising and Membership as this is her fifth year of five (the maximum). If any of our members are keen on getting involved with events, especially on a local level within your division please let us know. The people helping to organise in the different divisional branches are as follows-
Tavistock and surrounds – Debo Sellis / Diana Moyse
Torrington area - Sherri Green / Tom Elliot
Bideford region - partly Susan Collins
Okehampton villages - Neil Jory
Chair - Peter Crozier

Here are some more pictures of the night. Please don’t forget to put in your diary the 20th of March when we will have Jacob Rees-Mogg at a splendid venue in the Torridge side, in Bridgerule. Tickets are already on sale, please contact us or WhatsApp Debbie on 07949 o522o8.
