Vice President
Jeff was County Councillor until May 2025, in Bideford West and Hartland. A businessman, Jeff has established himself as a key voice in our area and runs Chapter Care (North Devon) Ltd. Jeff has written several economic papers and is becoming a well-known figure in the social care sector as his drive for change gains momentum.
Jeff was nominated Honorary Vice President in June 2025.
