Dear resident,

I have been privileged to be a Torridge District Councillor for 2 years now and I spend a lot of my time visiting Parish Councils and listening to what you the residents think about and want from your local Councils.

Would you fill in this survey for me, and invite others in your household to do the same? Make your opinion count, on local issues.

I would be honoured to be elected as your Devon County Council representative on May 1. Torrington Rural needs a local voice who understands the local people, I hope you will vote for me.

No Council can ever give everybody every single thing they want, but with your views we can certainly do our best to achieve improvement.
